Pipe Cleaning Brush
Pipe cleaning brushes are used where burrs, chips, scale or residue remain inside a hole, bore or passage after machining, cutting or processing. They are especially useful when the internal surface must be cleaned without damaging nearby edges.
- Suitable for hydraulic blocks, tubing, manifolds, precision bores and cross-hole intersections.
- Available with abrasive nylon for gentle internal deburring or wire filaments for more aggressive cleaning.
- Can be supplied for manual use, hand tools or automated insertion setups.
What buyers should provide
For accurate sizing, send the bore size, cleaning depth, required surface effect and whether the brush needs to pass through intersections or blind holes. If the part is sensitive, note the material and whether scratch control is important.

Application Example: Hydraulic blocks and machined tube passages
Challenge: Internal chips and fine burrs left after drilling or tapping can affect sealing reliability and downstream assembly.
Solution: A correctly sized twisted brush reaches the full passage depth and removes loose residue and burr edges without requiring complex secondary tooling.
Buyer value: Simple replacement cycle, lower tooling cost and better consistency for internal cleaning tasks.
For tube brush RFQs, please send the inner diameter to be cleaned, working depth, stem style, preferred filament material and whether the brush is for manual use or machine use. A part drawing or a marked section view is ideal.

Micro and precision tube brushes are usually quoted by exact diameter, stem length and filament type, so drawings help reduce trial rounds.
