How we use it

We use this information to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotations, review technical feasibility, arrange samples and support production or after-sales communication.

Document handling

Customer drawings, specifications and samples are handled internally for quotation, design review and production purposes. If you require a separate NDA process, contact our sales team before sharing project documents.

Website services and optional analytics

Netlify hosts this website and processes inquiry form submissions and attached files on our behalf. File uploads are optional. For confidential technical documents, contact us first to agree on an appropriate sharing method.

If Google Analytics is enabled, it loads only after you choose to allow optional analytics. We measure page visits and contact actions without sending your inquiry text, email address, phone number or file contents. You can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. Contact-link clicks indicate interest; they do not confirm that a message was sent.

WhatsApp links open a third-party service. Information you send there is handled according to that service’s policies.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information may only be shared with logistics, payment or compliance partners when needed to fulfill your order or shipment request.
