Standard items can usually ship quickly from stock. Custom products typically require 7 to 15 working days depending on design complexity, material availability and order quantity.
Yes. We can provide samples for selected standard items and common materials. For complex or high-value custom samples, a tooling or sample fee may apply and can often be credited against a future production order.
Yes. We can coordinate carton, pallet or wooden-case packing depending on brush size and shipment method, and we can share inspection photos or packaging confirmation before dispatch.
