Spring brushes are selected when the brushing path wraps around a shaft, tube or irregular channel and a straight brush cannot follow the geometry reliably. They are often used for internal cleaning, edge treatment and continuous contact around curved surfaces.

  • Suitable for inside-diameter brushing, external surface polishing and custom machine paths.
  • Winding direction, pitch and filament choice can be matched to the target surface and rotation.
  • Can be developed from drawing, sample or machine dimensions for OEM replacement.

Please provide the target inner or outer diameter, brushing length, rotation direction, filament material, working speed and whether the brush is used for cleaning, polishing or deburring. A photo of the mounted area or a worn sample is often enough for us to start.
