Industrial Brush Plate
A flat custom brush plate for panel handling, conveyor support, wiping stations, machine fixtures and wide-area surface contact where a roller design is not suitable.
| Plate size | Custom to machine table or fixture size |
| Brush height | Configured to support gap, pressure and product thickness |
| Base plate | PP, PVC, aluminum, stainless steel or composite board |
| Filament options | Nylon, abrasive nylon, antistatic fibers, natural hair, wire |
| Mounting | Drilled holes, slots, segmented plates or drawing-based assembly |
| Typical use | Panel support, wiping, guiding, cleaning, cushioning and spacing |
Key Features
- ? Large flat brush format provides stable contact across wide workpieces or support zones.
- ? Brush density and zoning can be customized to carry, clean or cushion different product areas.
- ? Suitable for OEM fixtures, retrofit tables and machine stations where roller geometry is impractical.

Industrial Brush Plate
Industrial brush plates are used when the machine needs broad, even contact over a flat area, such as supporting sheets, guiding panels, wiping surfaces or creating low-friction buffer stations.
- Useful for glass, PCB, sheet metal, panel furniture and other flat-product handling lines.
- Can be built as one-piece plates or modular sections for easier maintenance.
- Filament hardness and zoning can be matched to support load and surface sensitivity.
How custom projects are usually quoted
Send the required plate size, mounting points, working height, product weight and whether the plate is for support, wiping or guidance. If different surface zones need different brush density, mark those zones on the drawing.

Application Example: Panel support and brushing stations
Challenge: A flat workpiece needed broad support and controlled brush contact during transport, but the equipment had no space for roller assemblies.
Solution: A segmented brush plate was designed with the right support height and mounting pattern, giving wide-area contact without adding complex drive components.
Buyer value: Easier machine integration, simpler maintenance and drawing-based customization for non-standard stations.
Industrial brush plates are almost always made to drawing. Please send the plate length and width, hole layout, brush height, product loading condition and whether the brush is for support, cleaning or low-friction guidance.

If your project includes multiple brush zones or mixed densities, a marked PDF or simple sketch is enough for the first review.
