Abrasive Disc Brush

Abrasive Disc Brush

Disc brushes are commonly selected when the process needs concentrated cutting action and consistent brushing over a defined surface area, especially for deburring and finish correction.

  • Suitable for sheet edge finishing, weld seam cleanup, rust removal and decorative grain effects.
  • Can be configured with abrasive nylon or wire depending on surface hardness and removal target.
  • Available with custom mounting holes and segmented designs for machine integration.

Before we quote

Please send workpiece material, target finish, current process speed, required brush diameter and mounting details. If you already know the abrasive grit or if you are replacing a current disc brush, include that information in the RFQ.

Stone and metal surface finishing

Application Example: Metal edge deburring and satin finishing

Challenge: The buyer needed one disc brush platform that could remove edge burrs consistently without producing unstable scratch marks across stainless and carbon steel parts.

Solution: We selected the abrasive filament type according to the workpiece hardness, then adjusted trim density and disc diameter to match spindle speed and contact pressure.

Buyer value: More consistent finish, easier replacement control and better repeatability across production batches.

For disc brush quotations, please share the outer diameter, bore size, mounting pattern, target material, line speed and the finish or deburring effect you need. If possible, include the current brush drawing or a photo of the mounting side.
