The system combines three-section foam brush rollers, a de-icing module and remote diagnostics to support overnight cleaning in cold, dusty mountain conditions.

Key configuration

  • Rail positioning error below 5 mm with automatic slow-down in heavy sand accumulation;
  • Quick-change brush roller design for maintenance by a single operator;
  • Integration with the power station’s operations platform for alerts, logs and video review.

Field performance

During a 240-hour continuous trial, dust thickness on the module surface dropped by 68% and nighttime inspection pass rates reached 99.2%. The customer plans to replicate the same setup on a 400 MW site before year-end.
